As a firm, we spend relatively little money on advertising; instead, our business has developed organically as a result of our great reputation. We believe you deserve compensation for the referrals you send our way, allowing you to supplement your income without disrupting your regular employment.
It’s straightforward, and we’ve developed a system that assures you’re paid on time every time:
- Refer a colleague to us, and we’ll take care of the rest; your job is done!
- We guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring that they are cleared and prepared to work.
Once they’ve completed 90 hours of work, we’ll contact you and pay you.
We have an internal team that oversees this process to ensure that you never miss out on referral payments and, most importantly, that you never have to chase us around for payment
